ALERTAsia Foundation, is a not-for-profit foundation on research grant management in biomedical research, has an open position for Operations/Admin Assistant to assist its Operations Manager in daily administration process of the Foundation. Besides the daily administrative processes, the ideal candidate will also assist the Operations Manager in handling travel logistics, providing necessary legal documents for overseas guests researchers, procurements and logistics process, managing office inventory and supplies, and sometimes assisting the Finance and Accounting Manager in handling petty cash include accounts payables. The ideal candidate should also be able to work independently and in a team as well as able to work under minimum supervision by providing excellent and accountable results.
Desirable Criteria:
· Good record keeping skills
· Good spoken and written English
· Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
· Minimum S1/D3 degree in management
· basic knowledge in accounting is advantageous
