1. Admin and Finance Assistant – WSERR
In its role as a support to the Program Department, the Admin-Finance provides timely reports and assistance to the Program team to ensure that financial resources and admin are used efficiently and effectively.

The Admin-Finance Assistant is responsible for assisting in Administration, Property, Travel, accounting and documentation of all financial transactions in timely and accurate manner, also other duties as position description.

This position is for 4 months contract.

Qualifications:
One or more years of bookkeeping, banking or cashiering experience and office administration.
A degree in accounting or a relevant business field is desirable.
Strong computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel
Accuracy in the processing of cash transactions, mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written English skills is preferable
Independent thinker and have strong organizational skills; demonstrated experience working with a multi-disciplinary team
